Article 3. Payment Policy
Payment Methods Online payment via bank card types: ATM, debit card or international credit card. Online payment method is fast and convenient for guests wishing to make advance bookings. Secured according to standards of the Booking Engine service provider platform. The booking system will transfer you to the online payment page. Please follow instructions to pay for your booking.
1. To pay for bookings via credit card When the booking system is not connected to the online payment system, we will send you a link to proceed with payment. Please follow instructions to pay for your booking. If you do not pay for the booking before the deadline, we have the right to unilaterally cancel your booking. We will not collect the amount from the provided card. However, we will pre-authorize an amount equivalent to the booking rate from this card on the due date. We will collect the amount from your provided card if you do not show up on check-in date (no-show), this amount is non-refundable. In case you have notified or emailed us about not showing up. Without written/email/message consent from the hotel on free cancellation support – You still have to pay for the booking according to policy.

Payment time is within 12 hours at the time of successful booking. If you do not pay for the booking before the deadline, we have the right to unilaterally cancel your booking.
Payment security policy: Note: We do not retain any information related to credit cards or bank accounts you use on the website through third-party payment gateways. The web-based card payment system provided by payment gateway partners is licensed to operate legally in Vietnam. Therefore, our card payment security standards comply with the security standards of the payment gateway partner.
