Article 4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Guidelines After viewing room information provided on the website, you can choose one of the following options to book: Method 1: Call directly to the hotel’s phone number for faster consultation and accurate information on vacant room status. Method 2: Access the hotel website to book https://shiningriversidehoian.com/
2. Check-in and Check-out time: Check-in from 14:00 (early check-in will depend on vacant room status and guests may incur extra charges for that request) Check-out before 12:00 noon. *Note: Other services not included in bookings will be charged according to hotel policy.
3. Room change and date change policy In case customers wish to change check-out dates or rooms, please contact our reservation department for support.
4. Cancellation policy Depending on different times and price types, cancellation policies will vary as mentioned in each booking. Below is the basic cancellation policy applied when cancellation policies are not mentioned in bookings or on online booking pages. In case customers cancel bookings 3 days prior to the booked check-in date, a portion of the amount paid for the booking will be refunded. In case customers cancel later than the above regulation or book but do not show up, we will not refund the amount paid for the booking.
5. Refund guarantee policy In case customers have paid deposits or fully paid bookings, but due to force majeure conditions have to cancel trips, We will consider refunding the entire amount to customers. Refunds will be based on regulations of each booking. Such refunds will be officially notified by our staff to customers via email. Refund processing time is within 21-30 working days depending on banks. Refund form: refund to provided bank accounts or charged cards. Refund fee: free of charge. *Note: We reserve the right to change conditions and cancel policies. We will notify this 7 working days in advance. We are not responsible for compensating damages, date changes, room type changes… indirectly, accidentally or due to consequential arising or in case of force majeure (natural disasters, wars…).
